Dear customers!
All prices are in net euros.
The minimum order for wholesale is from 4000 EUR
Most items are already decoded.
We work with all European countries.
Send your order (price list with order) and your company information (address, telephone number, VAT number and delivery address) by e-mail
We will confirm the order and send you an invoice. We will issue an invoice with zero VAT (provided the customer has a European VAT number).
You pay by bank transfer (confirmation can be sent to speed up dispatch). If you make a SEPA transfer, we will receive payment the next day.
We do not work with copies and licences made in Turkey, Croatia, confiscated at customs, etc.
Orders can be cancelled by email, only before the order is shipped. Therefore, an order can only be cancelled from the time it is placed until it is shipped by us.
Our wholesale business does not accept returns on items after they have been shipped. Exceptions to this rule will only apply to damaged or damaged goods for which you can prove that the packaging has been disturbed, in the presence of delivery staff at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please write to us immediately (with the courier’s mailing address and photos of the damaged item/parcel) so that we can notify the delivery company and file a claim for damages.
